Sonetics Corporation

Sonetics has been in business since 1979 when it formed to develop a user-friendly mainframe computer information retrieval system with user access through CICS for online queries and the submission of batch reports. That product was named ACCESS+ and has been in continuous use from the early 1980's.

Over time, many features and capabilities were added and other derivative systems produced. The usefulness of ACCESS+ has stood the test of time and is in active use primarily by financial institutions.

Currently ACCESS+ is in maintenance mode. It is very stable and has no outstanding problems to date. Technical support is provided by two of its original three developers—Mike Wood and Larry Edwards.
